Integrated Property Management(IPM)

IPM was incorporated in May 1987 as a fully owned subsidiary of Bonvests. Its core business is to provide property developers, owners and managers with quality contract cleaning services.

Under an internal restructuring exercise in March 1999, IPM became a fully owned subsidiary of Colex (S) Pte Ltd when it acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of IPM from Bonvests. Colex was subsequently listed on Sesdaq (currently known as Catalist) in April 1999.
